Primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day investment needs of commingled funds and managed accounts, participating in pipeline and asset management meetings, supporting capital raising strategies, working closely with origination and underwriting teams, and developing investment strategies across the European real estate debt market.
Required experience includes a minimum of 6+ years as a pan-European Debt Investor with demonstrable track record in CRE loan origination or underwriting across Europe and the UK. Candidates must have excellent financial modeling skills, degree-level education in real estate or finance, and established relationships in target European markets.
