The primary responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert on Barings' Global High Yield product offerings, serving as a lead business development liaison, developing marketing and servicing materials, building relationships across internal stakeholders, supporting sustainability communications, and responding to client and prospect requests with high attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a university degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in public fixed income markets. Strong experience in high yield/leveraged finance is preferred, along with proven organizational and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
