Job description
A consulting role within the Employer Consulting team specializing in employee benefit plans, focusing on DC pensions and wellbeing benefits. The ideal candidate will provide strategic advice to employers, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth across multiple office locations.
Primary responsibilities include coaching and developing junior staff, acquiring new business, analyzing client needs, introducing various consulting services, providing client recommendations, arranging provider presentations, delivering services according to agreed specifications, and maintaining comprehensive client records.
Required experience includes having a CII Diploma or equivalent qualification, demonstrable experience in Defined Contribution Pensions, strong academic credentials with Math and English at GCSE level (minimum grade C), and the ability to make professional presentations to diverse stakeholders.
