As a Pension Administrator Apprentice, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with clients, members, and advisers via email, letter, and telephone; processing client pension payrolls including net pay calculations, arranging payments, liaising with tax offices, and preparing year-end returns. You will generate computer-based benefit calculations, prepare related correspondence, and participate in team meetings to understand priorities and offer support.
Candidates should ideally have A-Level standard or equivalent with grade C or higher in two or more subjects, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent including Maths and English.
