Primary responsibilities include processing client pension payrolls, communicating with clients and members via email and telephone, preparing benefit calculations, computer-generated correspondence, preparing year-end tax returns, and participating in team meetings and project work.
Ideal candidates will have A-Level standard or equivalent, minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or higher (including Maths and English), strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, volunteering, or work experience can be beneficial.
