Job description

As a Pension Administrator Apprentice, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with clients and pension scheme members, processing client pension payrolls, preparing computer-generated benefit calculations, arranging payments, liaising with tax offices, and preparing year-end returns. You will handle complex administrative tasks in pension management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pension-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have A-Level standard or equivalent with grade C or higher in two or more subjects, minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent including Maths and English. You should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteer work can be beneficial. Strong numerical skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are crucial.
