Job description

As a Pension Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, members, and advisers via email, letter, and telephone. Your primary duties will include processing client pension payrolls, calculating net pay, arranging payments, liaising with tax offices, preparing year-end returns, and generating computer-based benefit calculations and related correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have A-Level standard or equivalent with grade C or higher in 2 or more subjects. You must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent, including Maths and English. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Experience can be drawn from employment, work experience, volunteering, or personal interests/hobbies.
