Job description
A dynamic role in the SIPP Team responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will develop learning strategies, collaborate with business heads, and foster professional growth within the workforce across multiple delivery methods.
Primary responsibilities include acting as an internal training consultant, developing learning strategies aligned with SIPP business objectives, identifying training needs through collaboration, and utilizing diverse delivery methods including face-to-face, virtual, and digital platforms.
Required skills include minimum 2-3 years of training experience, strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, IT literacy, excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and preferably certification in training and development.
