Job description
Senior HR management role responsible for leading the HR department, developing HR strategies, and managing complex personnel processes and organizational development at BDK Bank in Hamburg, Germany.
Provide result-oriented professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR department, defining team and employee goals, monitoring departmental objectives, and implementing strategic management aligned with corporate goals. Responsible for performance evaluations, employee potential development, and ensuring employee satisfaction and motivation.
Requires at least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, with comprehensive knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and collective bargaining agreements. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, high levels of initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels and external stakeholders.
