Job description
Berenberg is seeking an Account Manager for their Corporate Banking team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will support corporate account managers with client onboarding, KYC checks, and daily operational tasks, working closely with various stakeholders across different customer segments including family businesses, public companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
Primary responsibilities include managing client onboarding processes, conducting KYC checks, opening accounts and deposits, and providing direct customer support for daily banking activities like power of attorney changes, cash management, online banking, investments, and currency management.
Required qualifications include a completed banking education, commercial banking experience preferably in corporate banking, strong attention to detail, digital process affinity, excellent service orientation, independent working style, structured approach, priority management skills, and good English communication abilities.
