As a Legal Counsel in the Corporate Center Legal team, you will provide crucial legal guidance for banking transactions, supporting departments like Equities, Financial Markets, Transaction Services, and Securities Compliance. Primary responsibilities include legal consultation, contract negotiation, implementing legal requirements, and defending/enforcing rights across multiple bank divisions.
The ideal candidate must be a fully qualified lawyer with extensive practical experience in banking law, possessing deep knowledge of banking business, securities regulations, and supervisory law.
