Job description
Berenberg is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for their Real Estate team in Hamburg to acquire and manage institutional customers in real estate investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial background, networking skills, and expertise in institutional investment structures.
This role involves independently and systematically acquiring institutional customers like insurance companies, pension funds, and credit institutions, building a professional network, and developing targeted real estate product strategies.
Candidates must have a completed banking qualification, preferably with an economics degree, and first professional experience. Strong knowledge of institutional investment regulations, capital investment laws, and structures is crucial. Fluent German and English skills are required, with a focus on being a strategic partner to demanding institutional clients.
