Berenberg is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to develop innovative products and services for startups and late-stage growth companies within Corporate Banking. The role involves strategic development of venture capital and debt financing models, supporting companies from startup to IPO stages.
Primary responsibilities include strategically building a business model around venture capital and venture debt, acquiring startups and growth companies, developing products and services, structuring debt financing, providing debt advisory, and conducting strategic workshops for growth companies.
Required experience includes a completed business degree, extensive experience in startup, venture capital, strategy consulting, or investment banking environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong abilities in analyzing and developing new business models, possess an existing network in startup and investor ecosystems, and have proven experience in structuring financing rounds.
