Job description
Berenberg is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for their Wealth Management division to manage high-net-worth clients across multiple locations in Germany. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain complex client relationships, provide comprehensive financial advice, and represent the bank's platform across different business areas.
Primary responsibilities include independently approaching potential new clients, developing high-quality customer relationships, comprehensive customer care across all asset classes, understanding core target groups like entrepreneurs, foundations, family offices, and private clients with complex financial backgrounds, and identifying customer needs through strategic dialogue.
Required qualifications include a completed banking education, preferably with additional qualifications like a banking business degree, relevant experience in advising sophisticated clients in complex wealth matters, secure knowledge of MiFID-II regulations, excellent German and English language skills, comprehensive analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
