Job description
Berenberg is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for its Wealth Management team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing high-value client relationships across complex financial matters, with a focus on entrepreneurs, foundations, family offices, and private clients.
The primary responsibilities include independently approaching potential new clients, continuously developing customer relationships, and providing comprehensive customer care across all asset classes and services. The role requires becoming the first point of contact for clients in relevant financial matters.
Candidates must have a completed banking education, preferably with additional qualifications like a banking business degree or a university degree. Relevant experience in advising sophisticated clients in complex wealth management scenarios is crucial. Strong knowledge of MiFID-II regulations, excellent German and English language skills, and a professional demeanor are essential.
