Job description
Berenberg seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for their Wealth Management team in Stuttgart. The role involves managing and expanding client relationships across asset classes, with a focus on entrepreneurs, foundations, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive financial advice and serve as a strategic partner for complex wealth management needs.
Primary responsibilities include independently engaging potential new clients, continuously developing high-quality customer relationships, providing holistic customer care across all asset classes, and becoming the primary contact for financial matters. The role requires representing the entire Berenberg platform and integrating specialists from various bank departments.
Required experience includes a completed banking education, preferably with additional qualifications like a bank business degree or university degree. Candidates must have relevant experience in advising sophisticated clients on complex wealth matters, comprehensive knowledge of MiFID-II regulations, and excellent German and English communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex customer situations are crucial.
