The role focuses on managing and configuring Microsoft 365 environments, implementing security policies, and supporting core M365 services in an innovative, technology-driven banking environment.
Primary responsibilities include managing Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on security and hybrid solutions, administering M365 core services, implementing security policies, planning new Microsoft technologies, conducting project work, providing 3rd level support, and implementing enterprise-level modern tools.
Required experience includes a completed technical degree or professional qualification in system integration, extensive experience with Microsoft 365 environments, Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, AD Connect, Microsoft PowerShell, M365 Security, and ideally certifications in Microsoft 365. Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and excellent German and English language skills (B2 level minimum) are essential.
