Job description
Berenberg is seeking an Electronic Banking Specialist for their Client Administration team in Hamburg or Frankfurt. The role involves managing digital customer services, focusing on electronic banking products, participant access management, and providing customer support in a dynamic banking environment.
The primary responsibilities include administering digital customer services such as EBICS-based payment transaction products, connecting multi-bank corporate portals for cash management, integrating online services like foreign exchange trading, and managing wealth management portals for private customers.
The ideal candidate should have a completed banking education or business/economics degree, initial professional experience in electronic banking, strong customer service orientation, and proven experience in customer support for electronic banking products. Fluency in German and good English skills are required.
