Processing customer correspondence, handling financial transactions, managing administrative workflows, and supporting project-related special tasks.
Requires a completed commercial/banking training or comparable qualification, preferably with experience in corporate customer interactions or shipping sector. Strong skills needed in payment transactions, Microsoft Office, digital media, German and English languages. Must demonstrate customer-oriented approach, independent work style, process-driven thinking, and high-quality standards.
