Job description
BlackRock seeks a motivated professional to join the iShares & Wealth EMEA Partnership team, driving commercial impact and strategic client relationships. The role involves coordinating partnership opportunities, sales reporting, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to support key client engagements.
The primary responsibilities include owning and coordinating the risk and approval process for new partnership opportunities, driving the EMEA Partnership Committee agenda, managing quarterly sales reporting, and systematically benchmarking partnerships against predefined KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in asset management, investing, private equity, consulting, or investment banking. Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau are crucial, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
