Job description
BlackRock is seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to manage sophisticated client relationships within their UK Pensions Team. The successful candidate will lead strategic client interactions, drive service excellence, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences in the institutional investment space.
Primary responsibilities include leading large and sophisticated client relationships, serving as the main contact for servicing, collaborating with relationship managers, driving RFP pitches, managing client lifecycle, developing operational service plans, and innovating operational processes for enhanced client experience.
Required experience includes 7-10 years in financial services operational functions, proven client leadership skills, ability to understand complex investment portfolios, strong problem-solving capabilities, expertise in multi-asset solutions, and deep understanding of UK regulatory landscapes and Liability Driven Investment strategies.
