Job description
BlackRock seeks an HR Officer to support HR operations across Continental European countries, focusing on enhancing HR processes, partnering with operational teams, and ensuring smooth employee experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include working closely with HR operational teams to streamline processes, ensure compliance, document methodologies, lead small project teams, manage local regulatory reporting, and serve as a point of contact for local HR authorities.
Required experience includes 3+ years of HR professional experience in Continental Europe, native French and fluent English skills, strong analytical and project management capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work in a dynamic global environment, and demonstrated skills in process improvement and reporting.
