Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive security management experience, preferably in financial services. Essential qualifications include project management expertise, knowledge of business continuity management, health and safety processes, and strong technical understanding of security systems. Proficiency in electronic access control platforms like Software House C-cure 9000 and Genetec is highly advantageous.
