BlackRock seeks an experienced Product Strategist for their Emerging Markets Fixed Income group to promote product strategies, engage with sales channels, and serve as an expert on investment products and markets. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in product strategy.
The primary responsibilities include serving as a proxy for portfolio managers, acting as an expert during client meetings, conferences, and training sessions, and providing insights on investment philosophy, process, ESG integration, performance, and product information across institutional, retail, and financial institution channels.
Required experience includes a strong understanding of Fixed Income markets with a focus on Emerging Markets, exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, expert communication capabilities, and a solutions-oriented approach. Candidates should have at least 7 years of product specialist experience, preferably in Fixed Income, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics.
