Primary responsibilities include reviewing investor communications, conducting Know Your Customer checks, assisting with legal and compliance matters related to investor suitability, reviewing fund documentation, coordinating with counsels and service providers, maintaining compliance policies and procedures, and supporting compliance oversight programs.
Required experience includes being an undergraduate or masters student with anticipated graduation in Summer 2026, demonstrating strong communication skills, having a basic understanding of accounting and finance, showing self-motivation, excellent attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and good judgment. The role requires working effectively in a team-driven environment.
