Job description
Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program provides a 10-week opportunity for students to gain comprehensive exposure to real estate capital markets, offering hands-on experience in financial transactions, modeling, and strategic initiatives within one of the world's largest alternative asset managers.
Summer Analysts will participate in a wide range of capital markets and real estate transactions, including public market debt and equity transactions, securitization, private market credit deals, and interest rate and currency hedging transactions. They will be actively involved in developing the business through contributing to internal meetings, negotiations, financial modeling, and strategic initiatives.
Successful candidates must be currently enrolled undergraduate or masters students with an anticipated graduation date of Summer 2026, possessing strong communication skills, basic accounting and finance knowledge, self-motivation, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity. Prior investment banking experience is desirable but not necessary.
