The analyst will collaborate closely with Asset and Portfolio Management teams to prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses, ensuring comprehensive financial reporting.
The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of relevant experience in finance or real estate, with a strong preference for candidates holding a finance or accounting degree, Chartered Accountant qualification, or CFA. Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills are crucial, along with the ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a growth mindset in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
