Job description
Bloomberg seeks a Contract Operations Coordinator in the Finance and Admin department who will provide excellent customer service, manage contract processes, and support operational tasks across global client bases with strong multi-tasking and analytical skills.
Primary responsibilities include receiving and analyzing Service Order Requests, reviewing contracts, ensuring timely contract issuance, managing client inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and mitigating risk through proper legal documentation and process management.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of work experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong contract and customer service background, exceptional communication skills, ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving capabilities with technical system proficiency.
