Job description
BNY Mellon's 2025 Analyst Program offers a unique 24-month talent development journey in the People Team, providing rotational experiences across various HR functions for undergraduate students graduating between December 2024 and August 2025. The program focuses on developing analytical skills, providing leadership exposure, and preparing participants for future careers in a global financial services company.
The primary responsibilities include participating in a 24-month analyst program with rotational experiences across BNY's People Team, working on high-priority initiatives to develop analytical and interpersonal skills. Interns will support tactical and strategic work in areas like Talent Acquisition, Operations, Learning and Leadership, Employee Relations, Belonging and Inclusion, Compensation, or Benefits & Wellbeing.
Required experience includes being currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a focus on business or technology-related majors, preferably in Human Resources. Candidates must be graduating between December 2024 and August 2025, maintain a minimum 2.2 degree, demonstrate leadership skills, possess strong Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables), and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
