BP is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in Budapest. The role involves delivering business planning and performance management products for a large Oil and Gas business, with a focus on financial insights, analysis, and supporting critical business decisions.
The primary responsibilities include preparing timely and accurate financial information, developing performance insights, supporting performance management, analyzing monthly/quarterly actuals, coordinating business planning processes, performing economic analysis, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in performance management.
Successful candidates will have a Business/Finance or Engineering degree, preferably with a Master's degree, and 5 years of relevant post-degree experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong analytical capabilities, digital literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience with financial systems like SAP and Power BI are essential.
