Job description
BP is seeking an experienced Integration Manager for their Finance Team to provide end-to-end solution expertise across finance, with deep process and technical knowledge of SAP FICO, process and system controls, and SoX compliance. The role involves supporting projects, advising on control and security audits, and working in a global, agile environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive solution expertise across finance, supporting end-to-end solution needs, working with solution teams to advise on control and security role audits, investigating and resolving control deficiencies, and supporting data analysts in producing internal and external dashboards.
Required experience includes a professional degree, strong communication skills, ability to understand business requirements, experience in improving processes and systems, capability to work in virtual global teams, and expertise in SAP controls, GRC, and finance processes. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build positive relationships across technical and delivery teams.
