BP is seeking an Integration Specialist to join their Finance Team and global enabling solutions team. This role involves working with critical global products, ensuring efficient integration, process improvement, and supporting BP's vision of becoming a net zero company by 2050.
As an Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution expertise across finance, providing deep process and technical knowledge of SAP FICO, process and system controls, and SoX compliance. You will represent the team in various forums, provide sign-off for global template packages, work with security teams on user access, and lead automated business controls.
Essential criteria include a professional degree, strong communication skills, ability to understand business requirements, work in virtual teams, prioritize effectively, and build strong relationships. Deep knowledge of SAP controls, GRC, automated business controls, and end-to-end finance processes in SAP environment is crucial. Experience in systems and process design, preferably 9+ years in a multi-national organization, is highly desirable.
