BRD Group Societe Generale is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor in Bucharest to participate in audit engagements evaluating risk management, controls, and governance processes for the second largest Financial Group in Romania. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, or external audit.
Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive audit engagements to review processes, identify and evaluate main risks, existing controls, and operational effectiveness. The role requires preparing clear, comprehensive, and objective conclusions through oral presentations and written deliverables, and formulating recommendations to address identified issues.
Required experience includes a background in banking, finance/accounting, or external audit, with basic knowledge of financial analysis, accounting, and audit techniques. Candidates should possess an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, proactive team player attitude, English proficiency, and commitment to professional development.
