Job description
Citi is seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Analyst with Czech language proficiency to support complex client interactions and account management processes in a global financial organization. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in financial documentation and client services.
The primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions, processing documentation, performing system setups, and ensuring smooth account opening functions across local and global client platforms. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and mitigate potential risks.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in documentation review and account maintenance, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Czech is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as a team player in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
