Job description
Citi is seeking a skilled Client Onboarding Intermediate Analyst who will support complex client requests and account management processes. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and operational excellence.
Primary responsibilities include managing customer interactions across various channels, handling documentation issuance, system setups, and ensuring accurate account opening processes. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline client onboarding and maintain high service quality standards.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in documentation review and account maintenance, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in English and Czech languages is required, with an emphasis on written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and capability to manage complex, time-sensitive scenarios.
