Job description
Citi is seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Manager in Budapest who will lead customer interaction, documentation processing, and account management with strong Czech and English language skills. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in financial documentation review and client services.
The role involves comprehensive management of customer onboarding processes, including daily supervision of account opening and maintenance tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, system setups, and delivering superior customer service across various scenarios.
Candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in financial documentation review, possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate project management capabilities, and have proven ability to coach and develop team members. Strong proficiency in English and Czech is mandatory.
