The role involves managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, investigating and resolving financial transactions professionally and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include timely transaction resolution, escalating customer feedback, conducting detailed analyses, and maintaining rigorous control environments across institutional client services.
Candidates must have 2-5 years of cash and customer experience, with preferred expertise in cash processing and SWIFT knowledge. The role requires strong analytical skills, self-reliance, accountability, and the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
