Job description
A Digital Client Support Analyst role at Citi Hungary providing customer service support for their cash management system CitiDirect. The position requires advanced Bulgarian and English language skills, with 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, focusing on problem resolution and client communication.

Required experience includes 2+ years of professional experience, advanced Bulgarian and fluent English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer service background, excellent communication abilities, MS Office literacy, and technical proficiency. Command of Hungarian is considered an advantage.
