The ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance or accounting, with 1-2 years of work experience in financial or regulatory reporting. Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel knowledge, and the ability to interpret regulatory guidelines are crucial. Fluent English is required, and knowledge of banking products and accounting is advantageous.
