Citi is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for its Debt Capital Markets team in London, responsible for originating and executing financial transactions for corporate and financial institution clients across Western Europe. The role involves client relationship management, transaction structuring, and providing innovative financial solutions.
Primary responsibilities include generating business leads, pitching to clients, structuring financial solutions for corporate and financial institution clients, preparing presentation materials, and managing internal processes across multiple teams including Syndicate, Legal, and Investment Banking.
The ideal candidate will have investment banking experience, strong credit and corporate financing analytical skills, fluency in English (with additional European language skills preferred), financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
