Primary responsibility is managing Learning and Development (L&D) for Citi employees across a product/function within the International West cluster. This involves understanding business and HR priorities, identifying capability building opportunities, establishing trusted relationships with HR and business partners, and executing learning strategies that support successful business outcomes.
Candidates must have prior experience in learning and development roles, with strong project management skills and the ability to work across regions and cultures. Excellent communication skills are crucial, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. Knowledge of European regulatory requirements related to training is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems is required.
