Job description
A developing professional role in client/counterparty data management within Citi's global financial services environment. The role involves monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining customer accounts, security, and pricing data across multiple systems, with opportunities for process improvement and team leadership.
This role involves day-to-day oversight and contribution to creating and maintaining customer accounts, security, and pricing data across multiple systems and teams. The analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve data quality and client service levels, acting as a backup for management, and providing direction and guidance to team members.
Candidates should have 0-2 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization. Financial services related qualifications like IAQ are preferred. The role requires good awareness of client needs and expectations, with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and formulate policy recommendations.
