Citi is seeking a skilled leader for a Sanctions Business Intelligence Manager role in Olsztyn, Poland. The primary responsibilities include overseeing a team that provides sanctions insights, setting goals for sanctions optimization, leading reporting and analytics, exploring process improvements, and creating risk-balanced pattern optimization requests for match dispositioning processes.
Required experience includes strong leadership skills, minimum 2 years of people management, expertise in sanctions match dispositioning, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), complex data analysis capabilities, and fluent English. Knowledge of payments systems like SWIFT is considered an asset, along with the ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
