The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in global corporations, with a background in technology-enabled transformations in financial services. Requirements include expertise in large-scale Target Operating Model design, process implementation, and proven track record of organizational transformations. Strong proficiency in SaaS ERP transformations, project management, and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
