This is a 6-month internship for a software developer in the Sophis IT team at EQD, focusing on developing and maintaining critical financial software components using C++ and SQL. The role involves working closely with traders, middle office, and risk analysis teams in a demanding technical environment.
Primary responsibilities include developing SQL stored procedures and extractions, creating C++ components in the Sophis tool and external systems, participating in the redesign of test strategies, and implementing new HTML-based result analysis visualizations.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with strong technical skills in C++, SQL, PowerShell, and Microsoft Visual. Familiarity with financial software development and pricing environments is highly advantageous.
