Crédit Agricole CIB seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer for Finance and Management Control, responsible for ensuring technical consistency of applications, providing technical support, and managing platforms for financial control systems across various entities.
Primary responsibilities include technical support for finance platforms, managing relationships with users, CAGIP, and software editors, coordinating technical interventions, maintaining technological monitoring, analyzing Oracle Cloud patches, and piloting development projects using CA-CIB methodology.
Required experience includes over 5 years in banking IT, with significant experience in IT support for management control tools, particularly Oracle solutions. Strong technical skills in Oracle Hyperion Planning Cloud, ESSBASE, Smart View, ODI, OAC, SQL, Powershell, and BI tools are essential.
