Job description
A 6-month internship in the Legal & Financial Engineering (LFE) team at Crédit Agricole CIB, focusing on supporting market transactions and corporate finance operations. The role involves participating in equity market operations, drafting legal documentation, and monitoring financial regulations, ideal for a law student with interest in financial law.
Primary responsibilities include assisting in structuring and executing market actions (IPO, capital increases, equity-linked issuances) and corporate finance transactions like public offers and mergers. The intern will help draft and review contractual and regulatory documentation required for stock market operations.
Required skills include strong knowledge of financial law, proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Office, and fluency in French and English. Candidates should be from universities or business schools with a specialization in financial law, and have 0-2 years of experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate rigor, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
