Job description
A 6-month internship in Human Resources at Crédit Agricole CIB's General Inspection (IGE) department, focusing on recruitment, training, internal communication, and HR support. Ideal for students in business schools, engineering schools, or universities interested in HR and banking.
Primary responsibilities include participating in training and development plans, managing recruitment processes, organizing internal events, creating communication materials, and contributing to HR process improvements for the Inspection General (IGE) team.
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluent French and English, and a Bachelor's degree (L3) from a business school, engineering school, or university. Candidates should demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, integrity, and motivation with 0-2 years of experience.
