Job description
A specialist role in Transaction Banking Services (TBS) within the IT and Operations Services (IOS) department. The position involves managing complex account and e-banking services for corporate clients, requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills in a dynamic banking environment.
Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise in setting up and evolving client banking equipment, managing account parameters, e-banking contracts, banking powers, and client billing across four key activity domains: technical account settings, e-banking configurations, banking power management, and client service administration.
Required experience includes a Master's level education (Bac+4/M1) with 3-5 years of professional experience in banking, finance, or back-office operations. Technical skills needed include comprehensive understanding of legal frameworks for account management, cash management knowledge, payment systems expertise, and proficiency in analyzing and managing client dossiers.
