As a Non-Linear Trader, you will be responsible for market-making for the Non Linear EMEA desk, covering both vanilla and structured products. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining market positions, executing trades according to risk management procedures, and developing trading strategies aligned with market opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in mathematics or finance, with 3-5 years of trading experience. Essential requirements include strong programming skills (VBA, Python), deep understanding of financial derivatives, market liquidity, volatility strategies, and advanced Excel capabilities. You must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
